Good morning,
When I attempt to pull a users profile I get this error.

CScript Error: Loading your settings failed. (Access is denied. )
I have ensured UAC is turned off, as well as the firewall. Any other suggestions?

It's something on the Machine, (AV, GPO Policies, insufficient permissions)
