KACE Product Support

Good Afternoon everyone,

I have a report set up in KACE set up to display my Dell warranties. Unfortunately the Warranty information it displays is not what I had intended. Im trying to only display the "Next Business Day Support" End Date and will display whatever shows in spot #1 for Service Level Description.  Can someone provide additional criteria I am missing. Below is the SQL I have been using:

SELECT DISTINCT(MACHINE.NAME), 

MACHINE.OS_NAME, 

MACHINE.CS_MODEL, 

MACHINE.CS_MANUFACTURER, 

DA.SHIP_DATE AS "Ship Date",

MAX(DW.END_DATE) AS "Warranty End Date",
