Deploy Lotus notes 6 through GPO

I have a probem in deploying Notes 6 through active directory GPO. Lotus Notes comes with an MSI, so I only created a MST to customize the MSI. I am try to assign the MSI using my customised MST file to computers through the active directory GPO. But the package is not assigned or published. Please advice. Thanks

Is your link enabled in Scope?

Is the Computer name added in Security filtering?

If the GPO it trying to apply the software but fails you will always be able to see this in the event viewer on the target PC

If no events appear in the event viewer your Target Computer is probably out of scope

run rsop.msc to see that the policy/gpo is applied under the "Computer Configuration\Software Settings" section.

"Is the Computer name added in Security filtering"where/how do i check that.

when i look at the event view i get the following error message:-

1. The Group Policy client-side extension Application Management was passed flags (1) and returned a failure status code of (1603).

2. Failed to apply changes to software installation settings. Software changes could not be applied. A previous log entry with details should exist. The error was Fatal error during installation.
