Deploying K-Image keeps asking for a Windows Activation Key - why?

Hi guys

Whenever I deploy a K-Image it installs but it always asks me to Activate Windows at the end of the deployment (re-install the product key)

We use a KMS lincense key, I point it to our KMS server in sysprep creator but yet I get the re-install product key at the end of deployment.

Also, when I enter the product key and activated it, I created a new K-image once again and upload it to the K2000, but when I go to deploy the new image with the activation I still get the same result. (re-install product key at the end of deployment.)

FYI: windows 7 Pro - problem with both K-Image and WIM deployment.

Am I missing something?

I would place it in a post script task that runs after the machine is in the domain. - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
