Either use the driver installer template for DIFx if you have Wise or you can use DPInst.exe if you'd like something command line driven. Also as an alternative MSIMaker has another driver install template. http://www.appdeploy.com/messageboards/m.asp?m=4596

I didn't use MSIMakers template yet.
However, if you want to create a driver package with Wise, just do the following:

Open a new template, choose Device Driver.
Add the DIFxAPP merge module to your installation and then start to integrate your driver files. Make sure that you first integrate the .inf file so that this one becomes the component's key path. Then add the all the other files you need. (Only integrate the files within the [SourceDisksFiles] section of the .inf file plus the .cat and the .inf itself).
Double click the .inf file to get the File Details dialog. Check 'Use DIFxApp to install this driver file'.

Hope that helps
