digitally signing executable generated using WiseScript

i am trying to digitally sign a executable created by Wise Script Editor. i m using signcode.exe that comes with inetsdk from microsoft.com. The signing process goes fine, but i try to run the executable i get the following err msg.
"Could not initialize installation. File size expected=2916589, size returned=2920344."

Any ideas?
