Driver Feed Issue with XP Images

Seems like after it installs the drivers it doesn't reboot. The problem with that is the video driver on my test machine (E6400) needs a reboot. When I try to change the resolution before a reboot it goes into 8bit color mode. ha!

btw: w764/32 driver feed images are great with dells so far!

move the change resolution to happen at the next reboot by putting it someplace on the system and enter a runonce registry to run the resolution change.

I was doing that for my driver packs on windows 7 (thankfully the driver feed works now and I don't need that). How do I get the scripted windows xp to reboot after the driver feed? Adding the screen rez to the runonce is a great idea.

Thanks

You can add:
shutdown -r
As a post-install task.
