Failed updates
Hi,
This is a long shot. I've been experiencing some issues with KACE updates in our org. Once the update has completed downloading and reboots the machine, you enter the bitlocker (company standard), it gets stuck on the Dell Logo with the spinning wheel.
The only fix we have is to boot into safe mode via WinREC, however, this isn't good for the business downtime. Any suggestions would be amazing!
