How to fix bmc remedy calendar issue?

when user tries to add date then calender is blank for BMC Remedy Tool application. The appsense was configured in all user's machine and it is working with admin login. while user generates the report from change management console, when he click on calender icon is shows blank. 

Kindly suggest what is the issue for this.
