At first you go to your sma under Settings | Agent tokens and download the agent of your choice.
If you are not aware of the token, see here: https://support.quest.com/kb/4248713/

Then you can install the downloaded package as you like it.
As example the MSI for Windows:
msiexec /i <NAME.MSI> /qn
