HR ticket process
Hi, we have an onboarding queue where when HR creates a new parent ticket it creates child tickets for IT, Facilities etc. HR wants to modify the process so that manager of new hire gets ticket first fills up all details in IT and Facilities and sends it back to HR who then make any needed modification and then create child tickets. Trying to see how this can be combined into the existing queue or a separate queue will need to be created and data copied from that queue to the onboarding queue?
