is there a way to audit changes made to the configuration of KACE Systems Management Appliance?
We've had someone create someone new categories in KACE that are raising questions as to who and why, is there a log we can access to see who applies admin configuration changes such as new categories and adjusted options?
By default no. And if you did not enable this, you cannot see this.
But in future you can do the following:
Go to Settings |History and subscribe to the (for you) important settings etc.
Then you can report over the reporting functionality or on this place what happened.
Please be aware, that depending on what you subscribe and how long you keep this, your database will grow so in some cases it may slow down your normal database work (reporting, ticket system etc)
