After updating the K1000 to 7.1.149 emails sent to the service desk with a digital certificate get the body of the message stripped. This generates a blank ticket with only the the subject of the email. This was fine before updating and all emails went through without problems. I contacted support, but they mentioned this feature was not supported. This seems strange as it worked before the update. Has anyone experienced this or has a way of working around this?

    is not supported and it applies to 6.x versions as well... only Plain text emails.

    Maybe it worked somehow, but is not officially supported?
  • Well the KB says digitally signed email attachments. That is correct, the attachments never worked. This is just normal digitally signed emails without any attachments.
