K1000 Patch Rollback

I am trying to rollback KB5001337, I have checked and it does support rollback. I followed some instructions I found and created a label for the KB and assigned it to a schedule. After I did this the patch no longer shows that it is installed anywhere.

Before I made the label it was installed on 154 devices, why did this occur? I have forced all devices to check in and even removed the label and patches but it still will not give an accurate count of where the KB is installed.

Isn’t that because you rolled back the patch which means it is no longer installed on any device?

If you go to the patch catalog and find the Kb you will see there if it is still installed anywhere
