K1000 v7.1 - E-mails no longer working

Hi all,

I just recently upgraded our KACE box to version 7.1 and now e-mails for the helpdesk queues are no longer working. Has anyone experienced this issue and figured out the solution to this problem? I haven't made any environment changes to KACE or the network besides updating KACE to version 7.1. This is the exact error message we are getting.

Upgrade to 7.2 we had the same issue
