Kace Agent crashing systematically every 3-4 hours
Since we migrate the K1000 appliance to version 7.x we are stack to Agent 6.4.522, becouse all the agent from version 7, including the latest 7.2.101, are crashing with the following error:

For this reason 99% of our agents are still based on 6.4.522, we were hoping to see the problem fixed in the latest 7.2.101, because we are aware that from 8.0 the agent 6.4.522 will not be able to communicate with the K1000.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues with version 7 of agent?

There have been several issues with upgrading agents to version 7 recently.
Mine was from 6.xxx to 7.xxx. Had to get in touch with support. In my case, after enabling the upgrade of the agent from the appliance, suddenly all the machines in the inventory went offline.
That would be your best option. Get in touch with support.
Eventually this is the link that kace support gave to me on how to use
"amptools retrust" , which was what solved my problem.
