KACE Cloud - Android devices Error: Cannot remove passcode configuration
We have 50 Samsung A03s devices we are setting up on KACE Cloud. Out of 30 that we set up 20 are working fine...however 10 devices keep getting this issue
Failed to remove Passcode Policy - Android Passcode Rule
Error: Cannot remove passcode configuration: Android Passcode Rule from device: DEVICENAME. It is not installed.

All the devices are set up in the exact same way with the exact same PIN. Unsure what to do, tried factory resetting, no luck. Changed PIN with KACE Cloud and on device itself, no luck.
Same issue happens on the same phones every time.
