licenses and citrix
Hi All,
does anyone have any experience with license counts and citrix (or any terminal server solution I suppose)
We provide a lot of our core apps via citrix. Is there any way to count with kace, who is using this? Let's take adobe acrobat as an example, we provide this via citrix only rather than installed locally on users machines (published app via citrix presentation server).
Is there anyway I can tell, who is using this application at all? I'm not opposed to having a kace agent installed on a citrix server should this be required.

Kace agent on the citrix farm (or any TS solution) wouldn't help much in this case. The TS server should be providing some launch stats, logs, reporting and such for their side of things. There's not really much in the way of counting usage stats in this scenario in my experience as the apps aren't running on the server usually, and it's difficult to track the processes accurately from outside the server. I'd love to be shown the light if someone else has inventive solutions though!
