Microsoft Lync 2013

When one specific user clicks on "Invite more people to conference call", the window is blank. Once in a great while it will populate with other users name. I have uninstalled Office 2013 and reinstalled it, same results. Have disabled hardware graphics acceleration in Outlook. No difference.

Sounds alot like this issue, and changing the DPI 'resolves' the issue - this post mentioned the KB number that introduced the issue and also mentions that a higher DPI setting should also work.
