Microsoft Office 2010/2013 Installations don't setup Start Screen tiles

I created an admin install point for both Office 2010 and 2013 and both work fine for both Windows 7 & 8, but with Windows 8, neither job creates any Start Screen tiles.  If I go to All Apps or search for them they are there and can be pinned but I'm wondering if anyone has figured this out yet.  If I run the Office install manually (not silent) then it creates a Start tile for each app.
