I think this is because, .msi extension is missing in your script

  • If that is the case, I'm wondering that how it worked in Widnows XP machine

Can you check a few things to troubleshoot:

1) As Jagadeish suggested, add .msi in your package name here.

2) Can you check if the log file folder exists in your Windows 7?

3) What error or issue are you getting.. can you post it here.

  • Thank you for your interest in my problem

    1/ done : no change
    2/ Yes logs files exist : http://nicolas.aubron.free.fr/itninja/flash/log_install_11.4.402.287_plugin.txt
3/ you can view the problem : http://nicolas.aubron.free.fr/itninja/flash/youtube.png and http://nicolas.aubron.free.fr/itninja/flash/adobe.com.png

  • The log file states "Product: Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugin -- Configuration completed successfully". That means its just repairing the existing flash player on that machine.
Remove the existing version & install fresh.
  • I have uninstall then reinstall flash --> same problem.
I solved the problem by reinstalling "firefox" ...
Thank you all for your help.
