Multiple queues using Oauth M365

Concerning this set up for queues: How to configure OAuth on the Kace SMA Service Desk for incoming emails using Office365 (4318726) (quest.com)

By default, this walkthrough would require set up for each queue to be on an isolated mailbox. This seems very inefficient and costly if you have a large structure with multiple queues.

Is there a way to use email aliases on a single mailbox to route to multiple queues?
