Has anyone ever packaged up this software?

After about five attempts I haven't been able to get a working build of this WITHOUT having a 700mb package.

Ideally I would like to have all the data on a server leaving me with just the application to deploy.

I'm using basic Winstall 2003 LE (the free one)
