No Desktop Shortcut for Cisco Phone designer
Hi
We are trying to push Cisco Phone designer 7.1 (exe file) and application gets installed successfuly, but fail to create any shorcut or program shortcuts. When we install the exe manually it crteates the shortcut before even completing the installation

Once you've done that, check the Custom Actions in the User Interface sequence versus those in the Execute Immediate sequence.
