Package succeeded in SMS-reporting but isn´t installed on the machine
I get the message Program completed with success from SMS-reporting but the program
isn´t installed. I can find the program in ADD/Remove programs and if i choose to Repair
it installs the program. What is wrong why doesn´t the program installs directly?

Are you installing an MSI or a legacy app?
Does it have a wrapper or launch file? If this is what is called by your program in SMS then quite often it will report a success even if the install actually failed.
If it's an MSI enable Windows Installer logging and check the log to see whats going on.

The only thing the MSI does is placing an Icon on the Desktop. If I Run the MSI manually without the SMS-server it installs and places the icon on the desktop...

Yes I'm installing per-user. I will check
the ALLUSERS property tomorrow.

If you install the package per-user meaning; ALLUSERS property not defined, then it will only be installed for the user who is installing it (SMS account).
If you want the package to be available for all users logging on to the computer then install per-machine, set the ALLUSERS property to a value of 1.
