Problem with Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus
Our company purchased two Multiple Activation Keys for Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus. We are experiencing situations that come and go where our users are receiving error messages stating that their office installation has not been activated. We activate each and everyone upon installation, this is time consuming for our users, (especially for remote employees) and very frustrating for myself and fellow service desk agents. Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide.
