Script deploy ambiguity

We currently have a script that is scheduled and enabled, but in the Deploy section, it just defines operating systems (no specific device(s), labels, and All Devices unchecked). I wasn't really able to find any concrete answers on if this is sending to anything, or if we need to specify devices via label or what have you. Here are the script details:

Script enabled:

Only thing that is set in the Deploy section is the Operating System we want to target:

The KACE help page just says you can limit your deployment with labels, but doesn't say it is necessary to specify. In theory, we would like this to deploy to all Windows 10 devices, but I have never not assigned a label to a managed install/script (this was set up before my time).

It appears this script is running as we would like it to, but is unfortunately a little difficult to verify without sending scripts to all 1000+ machines at a time just to test.

if you create a script without any targets it does not run.
You have to add a device label (or more) or a device (or more) or click Deploy to all so it can be used.
You can run it under Run Now on a single or some systems as one time, but if you want to deploy it to the systems you should plan it and add targets.
