Scripted Installed

My job recently decided to change our deployment process from a Reference Imaged to scripted installs.  Any advice on how to make my installs silents  or a converter for exe to msi ?

check how to install the software silent.
Usually the vendor has a clue on his web page.

If you don't find an opportunity to install a software silent (because of EULA needs to be acknowledged on every system or similar) the good old AppDeploy Repackager is the tool you need.
