Service Desk Comment Question

Without creating a custom ticket rule. Is there way to not display a users email address when sending notifications through email?

I am trying to find a good way to send out ticket comments without our workers email addresses tied to the tickets, just their names.

I was testing with the $ticket_history on a closed email but this is listing their name and email address. The overall problem is that we don't want ticket submitter contacting our workers directly.

I can't think of a way without a rule
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
