Setting up Android tablets in a loaner pool with no owner
I was recently tasked with using KACE Cloud to set up a loaner pool with our android and ios devices. I am currently working on the android side of things as was looking for some help. I was hoping to be in a situation where I could set up a way that the device could easily be restored back to our configuration each time its loaned out to someone. I am very new to the software so its very possible I am just missing something.
Is anyone doing this and is there something I am missing?

The recommended approach is to use fully managed (Android) or Supervised (iOS) devices, and assign a user to the device when it is loaned out (Devices->[select device]->[click 'edit' icon next to user]->[select new user]). This will remove apps/configurations specific to the previous user and reconfigure the device with apps/configurations specific to the new user.
The approach depends on the use of our Policy Management system, where you can configure a policy (a set of configuration elements) to be applied to a target set of devices based on the label associated with the device and the policy.
