Shutdown after Distribution of software?

I'm performing a distribution to 3,000+ machines tomorrow night, and they want us to shut down their machines after it has successfully distributed and verified via checking in with the K1000 showing that it was successful. I know this can be done through scripting, but scripting isn't ideal for distribution especially of this size - so how can I do this?

Would it be possible to include a shutdown command at the end of the distribution? That would be the way I would do it.

You could create a smart label based on the software you are distributing, then script a shutdown based on that label that runs at a time when you know that the distribution is done.
