TFTP Timeout

We are getting random TFTP Timeouts with some of our clients when the try to boot into our VK2100 appliance. Some of them boot fine, while others timeout.

We are currently using a VK2100 Appliance with an IP of 192.168.20.29 (VLAN of 192.168.20.x/24). The production VLAN where all the clients are is 192.168.10.x/21. DHCP is set to hand out addresses in the production VLAN. The DHCP has the correct 66 & 67 settings. Our switches have the "helper IP address" of the VK2100.

And yet, somehow we are still getting these random TFTP timeouts. I can't even reproduce it.

Any ideas??

My guess is it's network traffic related. Are you showing any errors or dropped packets on your switch/router? If you get the K2000 boot menu (i.e. PXE works), then it has nothing to do with DHCP.
