Please how do you turn on the ""Launch parts of Notes when the operating system starts to enable faster Notes startup"" in Lotus Notes?

Its done via a public property named PRELOADNOTES, so can either be authored into the property table (using a transform) with a value of "1", or supplied on the msiexec command line as PRELOADNOTES=1.
