Tool to set Date and Time

The CMOS battery on Compaq Armada M700 is dead. It uses an unusual battery so I don't have replacement on hand. Need to set date and time every time I power on and log in. Main battery is dead too. I'm looking for a utility or script that will set the current date and time. I expect it would also have to reach out to a time server to find current date and time. Any ideas?

You can set Windows to synch with an internet Time Server. See here for details.
