So I'm testing a new replication share. We set it up recently and have a test machine located on the same network as the replication share.

The replication is successfully copying data from the K1000 appliance.
The K1000 appliance can absolutely see that the test machine is online, and has been collecting inventory data from it.
The Test machine is on the same network as the replication share and is in the list of machines set to use the replication share.
The test machine is able to ping the replication share, and I'm able to ping the test machine.

When I attempt to push an application to the test machine, it says None of the selected machines are online.

Is there something I'm missing here? I'm RDP'd into the test machine, the appliance see the test machine as on. Everything is pingable.

  • Is the machine's operating system selected in the list of supported operating systems for the software you are pushing?
    • Apparently sometimes we need the internet to remind us of the basics... Weird they don't have a separate error or warning.
      • Was that it?
      • Yeah, apparently there was an embarassingly easy for for this one. I thought I went through and added W10 to all our software deploys that were valid, but I missed a couple.
