Why do our KACE Systems Management devices loose connection after firewall failover?

We recently moved our K1000 to the cloud.  We have an HA pair of firewalls (PaloAlto) on our network perimeter.  When we failover to a the other node in the HA pair (doesn't seem to matter which one), we always lose a few devices. (not all devices) The only way to fix them is to reinstall the agent or the KAT tool.

When I runkbot 4 0 on the clients it appears to successfully gather and upload inventory, but the data doesn't show in the K1000.  The client shows as disconnected and last inventory is unchanged.

I'd really like to determine the root cause.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks

Hi...the appliances consequently checks with Quest for KACE Agent refreshes at around 03:40 consistently. Moreover, the machine checks Quest for Agent refreshes at whatever point the apparatus is rebooted.

At the point when Agent refreshes are free, they are naturally downloaded to the apparatus, given that the machine is associated with the Internet, and an alarm shows up on the Home page of the apparatus Administrator Console. Until you design organization settings, nonetheless, Agent refreshes are not consequently conveyed to oversaw gadgets. Snap the connection in the alarm to design sending settings.

Also, you can check for Agent programming refreshes, acquire Agent refreshes physically, and design Agent update settings any time. Getting refreshes physically is valuable if your machine isn't associated with the Internet.
