Windows Server Patching

Hello All,

I wanted to know some best practices using KACE for patching windows server.  Should I do just a detect and deploy or shall manually do the install of the patches.  I know with everyday IT work, my guys and myself will forget to do the security patches, so I just wanted to get a take on process of patching windows server from you folks.

Thanks!!!

I would do a detect on your servers and then a seperate deploy.  I would recommend doing the detect on one server that is either a test server or non-critical and then deploying to that one to make sure it doesn't run into any problems before deploying to all servers. As always make sure you have good backups in case anything goes south.
