I had to do this over the weekend...
It was handed over I think as the original media (2.15 GB). one of those nice InstallShield Scripted MSI's (the devil). The setup.exe runs an MSI, which then appears to wrap up nested MSI's.
So, using the standard MSI made it nice and easy. Here in the UK I ended up with:
msiexec /i "%~dp0ActivDriver x86.msi" /QN (there is an x64 version too)
msiexec /i "%~dp0ActivInspire.msi" TRANSFORMS="%~dp0ActivInspire_1.6.43277_B1.0.mst" /QN
msiexec /i "%~dp0ActivInspireHWRRes.msi" /QN
msiexec /i "%~dp0ActivInspireCoreRes.msi" /QN
msiexec /i "%~dp0ActivInspireHelp.msi" /QN
For a grand total of 175MB, a bit better than using the whole thing.
The activInspre folder contains:
Help
HWR
Res
Each of those folders have over 30 folders for diff languages. Oh, then there was the update, so I did v1.6 and 1.8 of AvtivInspire
After the install, launch the app and put your serial number etc in, this is stored in a file:
"C:\Programdata\Promethean\ActivInspire\.inspire_license.xml"
