LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED ->TRUE

I’m working on java based application with url as parameter to interenet explorer, by adding below local interaction code will it modify locally installed deployment.properties ?

If you have Java installed locally and enabled the LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED to TRUE, then the application first try to work with the physically installed Java rather than the virtual Java.

So it would definitely able to modify the deployment.properties file as it is accessible in appdata.
