Report - list all tickets with all
Sorry if there is already a post for this but I couldn't see one.
Does anyone have a report that will output all tickets with their all their ticket comments? Or can you tell me the name of the table that holds ticket comments?

That report could be massive if you have many tickets and/or many comments. The comments are in the HD_TICKET_CHANGE table. The DESCRIPTION field will show all of the bullet items in the comments section, and the COMMENT field will hold actual comments. If you want to report on Work entries as well, they are in the HD_WORK table.

Also, the first entry on every ticket has a description of 'Ticket created'. Older entries have an smaller HD_TICKET_CHANGE.ID number

Thanks for the info guys. I plan to try to produce reports of the weeks tickets, listing all comments for each. We get about 300 tickets a week so it will be a fairly big report, may even just do it daily.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
